My documents got rejected — what now?
Most rejections are blurry photos, cropped edges, glare, or an expired document. Retake in good lighting with all four corners visible. Still stuck? We'll review it with you.
Is it safe to share my info?
You only ever upload documents to Roulo directly — never to us. We just guide you through the process.
Do I need KYC to join the wager race?
No — you only need to sign up with code avgdegens and wager. KYC is required to withdraw your winnings.
